An immersive, forageable landscape rooted in food, flowers and the elements of growing. Tactile rammed earth walls, reflective water and light-capturing grasses sit alongside a diverse range of edible, climate-adapted plants. Calming textural planting is intersected by bold ribbons of colour, leading to a tranquil space where direct quotes on food and climate are painted onto the central wall. Every element carries the same message: that nutritious food, a healthy planet and access to nature are fundamental rights. After Chelsea, the garden was relocated and reimagined as two edible, sensory school gardens at Alec Reed Academy in London and The Beacon Primary School in Liverpool.
